With the continuous development of filtration equipment, it has become more important in our lives and has been integrated into various aspects of our lives. It is applied in various fields, and a complete filtration system will definitely have three types of filter materials: physical filtration, chemical filtration, and biochemical filtration. Physical filtration is nothing more than filtering cotton, while chemical filtration usually uses materials such as ammonite, soft water resin, grass mud balls, activated carbon, etc. We can choose the better materials for these two types. The true meaning of "filtration" is to "enable the nitrification system to fully utilize its effectiveness", so here we need to focus on biological filtration. Biological filtration is divided into quartz balls, porous ceramic rings, 3DM top-level filter materials, and so on. It uses filter materials with different pores to provide a good breeding ground for nitrifying bacteria, allowing them to better reproduce and grow. Then, through multiple biochemical processes, harmful substances are decomposed into harmless substances. So, we need to choose biochemical filtration materials with large surface area, high permeability, good air permeability, and a large number of pores per unit volume, in order to provide more living spaces for beneficial bacteria. 2. The decomposed individual parts can be cleaned by immersion washing. If there are still un decomposed non-metallic parts, a clean and fine silk cloth soaked with cleaning agent can be used for scrubbing. When cleaning, pay attention to removing grease, dirt, adhesive, dust and other pollutants adhered to the wall surface.
3. During installation, it is not allowed for metal debris, fibers, dust, and other impurities or foreign objects to contaminate the equipment, or to adhere or stay on the surface of the parts and enter the internal cavity of the equipment.
4. The lubricating grease used is compatible with the metal materials, rubber parts, plastic parts, and working medium in the equipment. If the working medium is gas, a thin layer of lubricating grease can be applied to the surface of the seal installation groove, a thin layer of lubricating grease can be applied to the rubber seal, and a thin layer of lubricating grease can be applied to the sealing surface and friction surface of the valve stem.
If it is a non-metallic part, it needs to be immediately removed from the cleaning agent after cleaning and cannot be soaked for a long time.
